Comedian and actor Brad Zimmerman is the subject and star of the funny and inspiring story about the passion it takes to “make it” as an artist & the rewards that come from persistence and never giving up! For 29 years, Zimmerman, a wannabe actor, waited tables in Manhattan. He spent 29 years “temporarily” waiting tables in New York, while pursuing a career in acting and comedy. "The one man show tells of his pursuit—along with stories about his childhood, family and misbegotten love life, with warmth, wit, self-deprecating humor and wicked charm—and combines his years of training as an actor with his innate comedic talent." Zimmerman, now in his 60's, has made up for lost time!. He played the attorney for mobster "Johnny Sack" in "The Sopranos" and refashioned himself as a stand-up comic beginning in the 1990s, opening for such notables as George Carlin and Joan Rivers. Now he is traveling the country with his hit show!
